      * 65/04 - To consider the Jubilee Gardens report from the Cain Consultancy.
      * 70/04 - WCC initiative to achieve Government targets for Recycling and Waste Management.

4: To review the management plan for the Nunton Football Field and consider alternative uses.

5: To review the PC's spending against the budget for 2004/05 and to consider a budget for 2005/06.

6: Finance: * 73/04 - SDC Independent Remuneration Panel's recommendations.
      * To confirm and authorise for payment a schedule of accounts dated 1st December.

7: Transport, Roads and Footpaths: Lengthsmens' visits: 18th/19th January 2005.
      * To consider traffic management measures through Nunton and Odstock.
