Odstock Parish Council to be held following the Annual
Parish meeting starting at 7:00pm on Wednesday, 17th May 2006 in The Radnor Hall.

Prior to the commencement of the Annual PC meeting, the Annual Parish
Meeting will be held. A Parish Meeting may, by law,
discuss all parish affairs and pass resolutions about
them.

1: Election of a) Chairman
and b) Vice-Chairman. c) Declarations
of acceptance of office.
2: To receive and consider acceptance of
apologies.
3: To receive any Declarations of a)
Personal Interest, or b) Personal and
Prejudicial Interest.
4: To confirm procedures for delegating Odstock PC's statutory functions. LGA 72 s.101 refers.
5: Meeting Dates: 13th September, 6th December, 17th January 2007, 21st March and 16th May.
6: To approve as a correct record

7: Matters arising - to review progress against
previously made resolutions:
a) 16/06(a) - Nunton Recreation Field. b)
16/06(b) - Car Parking at Shepherds Close.
c) 17/06 - Reconstruction of the Storage Shed in Nunton Recreation Field.
8: Finance: a) To consider the renewal
of the PC's Insurance Policy with Zurich Municipal for £352.88p.
b) To consider and set the level of the
Chairman's allowance for 2006/07 at £______.
c) To confirm the re-appointment of the
PC's Internal Auditor and to receive the accounts for 2005/06.
d) To confirm and authorise for payment
a schedule of accounts dated 17th May.
9: Transport, Roads and Footpaths: a) 20/06(a)
- WCC Lengthsmen's visit on 21st / 22nd June.
